If you are receiving an error message when uploading your files to Voodoo, it may be because your session has expired or because your file is corrupted. Below we give you a couple of tips on how you may be able to fix this issue!
To test if your file is being rejected because of an expired session, just click the "refresh" circular arrow on your browser to reload the page and try again. This should fix the problem.
If doing this does not solve the issue, you may have a corrupted file.
If your file is corrupted, there are two websites we recommend for you to fix it at no cost:
Netfabb: This website lets you upload your file and repairs it for you. After the repair is complete, you can simply click on the "download" button to get your file. You can then submit your order without any more delays (click here).
MakePrintable: Sometimes the issues with the file may be more complicated (inverse normals, unsealed surfaces, etc). MakePrintable allows you to fix this by uploading your file and then letting you download a corrected file (click here).
